Hello… I am Juan, the expert behind Capital Insulation. My expertise in making homes more comfortable and energy efficient stems from my construction background, focusing on industry standards and best installation practices. With experience in new construction insulation projects and renovating existing properties, I know the optimal solutions for any situation. My training includes Building Science Principles through BPI, which evaluates the air seal boundary, thermal boundary, moisture control, and internal air quality. Making old and new properties energy and climate efficient presents unique challenges, requiring the right combination of solutions without unintended consequences.

They not only performed outstanding, when I contracted Capital Insulation for an estimate, I contracted 3 others, Juan called on the day and time he was expected, he said he was running a little late due to traffic, and would be at our home in 5 min. He arrived in exactly 5 min and his estimate was the best, not only in quality of his inspection but in his presentation of his findings. Great job! Great in every aspect!
